Terms of use

The program

LankaNova Hotel PMS is licensed to a hotel for its own use, for the plan and add-ons in the hotel's agreement with LankaNova Digital Solutions. Each installation is activated with an App ID and activation key we issue. Please do not share them.

Your data

Your hotel's data belongs to your hotel. It is kept on your own PC. If your plan lapses, the program stops accepting new activity after the grace period shown in the program, but your data stays on your PC and you can export it.

Suggestions

The smart features (price suggestions, room assignment, forecasts, alerts, risk scores) are aids. They explain themselves and change nothing until a person approves. The hotel remains responsible for its prices, bookings and decisions.

Third-party services

Card payments (PayHere), WhatsApp (Meta) and SMS go through the hotel's own accounts with those providers and are subject to their terms and charges. Booking channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda and others) are connected only when each channel approves, and through their calendar links otherwise.

Support and updates

Updates and support are included in the plan. Updates install by themselves after a backup and a signature check.

Liability

We work hard to make the program reliable, and we keep your data safe, but no software is perfect. Keep the backups the program offers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the period in question.
