This website

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell anything about you. If you send us the contact form we keep your name, what you wrote and the phone number or e-mail you gave, only to reply and follow up on your request. We do not share it with anyone else. Ask us and we will delete it.

The live demo runs entirely in your browser. What you do in it is not sent to us and disappears when you close the tab.

The program, for hotels

Your hotel's information (guests, bookings, bills, stock) is yours. It is kept on your own PC, encrypted, and as an encrypted copy in a cloud database that belongs only to your hotel. LankaNova Digital Solutions does not read your guests' details, does not use them for anything else and does not share them. Our staff can see how many PCs and phones your hotel has, your plan and technical error reports (which never include guest details).

Your guests

Guest pages open from a private link and show only that guest's own information. A guest's ID photo or signature, if you ask for one, is sealed in their browser so that only your hotel's PC can open it. The hotel is responsible for telling its guests why it collects their details, as the law requires.

Messages

Automatic WhatsApp and SMS messages are sent only to guests who gave a number, never at night, and always with a way to opt out. The hotel chooses which messages to send.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies.
